The Malinois breed has become increasingly popular in recent years, leading to concerns about overbreeding. The demand for these dogs, especially for working and sport purposes, has led to an increase in breeding without proper consideration for health and temperament. This has resulted in some Malinois being bred without proper health testing and screening for genetic issues. While not all Malinois are overbred, it is important for potential owners to do thorough research and work with responsible breeders to ensure they are getting a healthy and well-bred dog. **

However, with the right training and socialization, Malinois can be loyal and loving family pets. **

The Malinois breed of dog typically lives between 10 to 14 years. This means that they are considered to be a medium to long-lived breed. However, individual dogs may vary in terms of their lifespan depending on factors such as genetics, diet, exercise, and overall health care. **
